Delivery terms

We deliver for free everywhere in North America and Europe.

This price may vary depending on the delivery address and for certain products depending on their weight.

Terre de Siam Works with different suppliers, manufacturers and craftsmen of the Asian continent, mainly from Southeast Asia. We are always looking for quality products from fair trade, while maintaining advantageous prices.

Your order can therefore be shipped from our warehouses or directly from our manufacturers and craftsmen.

In order to deliver several items of your order as quickly as possible can be delivered separately. Delivery times vary from 7 to 20 working days.

Note: During the Vietnamese and Chinese New Year (mid-February), delivery time is delayed by two weeks due to the annual holidays of our partner carriers. Please anticipate your orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Return methods

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange is possible.

To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

Several types of products cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Some health and personal care products
Furniture, headboard, wall panel, Fountain And Lighting

Special cases

In the event of a damage for the headboard and wall panels, please send us within 72 hours photos of the exterior and interior packaging, as well as photos of the parts damaged by email at contact@terredesiam.com.

Once the photos have been received, your complaint will be under processing, and partial compensation you can be credited with the discomfort caused.

Indeed, wooden panels can be repaired using wood glue or strong glue.

How to make a return?

To make a return, you must present us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial having is granted (if applicable):

Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing documents for reasons which are not due to an error on our part
Any article which has returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)

Once we have received the article returned, it will be inspected by our quality service. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision with regard to the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Solid items (if applicable)

Only articles at a cost price can be reimbursed (in the form of having). The items sold are not refundable.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace an article if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same article, send us an email at contact@terredesiam.com above all.

Gifts

If the turned item was identified as a gift when purchasing and if you were sent to you directly, you will receive a gift of a value equal to that of your return. Once we have received the returned article, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not identified as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift of the gift preferred to receive the item first to offer it later, we will send a refund to the gift of the gift And he will know that you have returned the article.

Shipping

Please do not return the item to the manufacturer. Contact us by email at contact@terredesiam.com before any return.

You will be able to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. In the case of a return for reimbursement in the form of having, the shipping costs, not being refundable, will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchange product may vary.

If you send an item worth more than € 70.00, we advise you to use a delivery service that allows you to follow the shipment or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article you turn to us.
