Wisdom Buddha Incense Burner in Position Abhaya Mudra

The incense holder represents Buddha in position abhaya-mudrā, bringing serenity And appeasement. Indeed, the dhyana is a powerful mudrā which facilitates and promotes mediation and opens the body and mind to higher energy.

How to use incense safely?

• Place the incense in a suitable container (incense holder)
• Light the incense then let it burn
• Use in a healthy, ventilated room
• Burn one incense at a time
• Ventilate the room after use
• Can be used occasionally on a regular basis
• Avoid directly inhaling the smoke 
• Adapt the burning time to the volume of the room (for example, a 13 cm incense stick - 30 min burning time - is suitable for a bedroom. For a smaller room, the toilet, you will need to cut the incense stick in half.)
